Inside Sales Representative

APX Staffing is hiring an Inside Sales representative with knowledge of woodworking through home construction, millwork, cabinets, doors & windows, or lumber supply. This unique role will work for our customer, a manufacturer of premium wood products. Located in Wyoming County, this is a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Specific duties will include:

• Foster solutions-based, enduring client relationships built on quality product delivery.
• Conquer sales revenue goals through lead generation to closed sale.
• Understanding clients needs to recommend appropriate custom woodworking solutions.
• Produce accurate and complete quotes, customer orders, and internal job orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track sales activities, generate performance reports, and share market insights

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 yr + inside sales, account management or customer service experience
• 1 yr+ experience reading simple blueprints
• 1 yr+ experience in interior construction: millwork, cabinets, doors & windows
• Mechanically inclined – able to identify problems and implement practical solutions
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the construction or building trades is a plus

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hour + $15K annual bonus (total earnings up to $65K)
