AP Executive Staffing is partnered with a great company in Buffalo, NY to hire an HR Communications Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Human Resources team focused on employee engagement and internal communication strategies.
Salary Range: $52,000–$58,000, depending on experience.
This role is 100% on-site in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver communication materials that support HR initiatives and employee engagement efforts, aligned with brand standards and company values.
- Create compelling content for internal channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, internal social media, and short-form videos.
- Serve as the go-to contact for employee communications and HR messaging.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for internal events and recognition programs.
- Contribute to employee engagement committees and support key culture and DEI initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Experience with short video editing tools (e.g., Canva Video, iMovie).
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for visual and video content.
