Description

AP Executive Staffing is hiring a highly organized, self-motivated Sales Development Coordinator for our customer, a first-class technical/solution-based sales organization! A globally recognized leader in product quality and service, this newly created team will be built from nimble, customer-obsessed team players who thrive in driving sales results through lead-generation and sales operations support.

With a passion for exceeding customer expectations, you will work closely with the inside sales team to qualify sales leads in your region and:

  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify sales opportunities
  • Conduct outreach via phone/email to set up meetings for sales team
  • Maintain lead records and activity tracking systems
  • Create and update internal process documentation
  • Liaise between Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Finance, and Operations
  • Generate sales and pipeline reports for leadership
  • Support forecasting and respond to ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Manage calendar coordination, data entry, and document management
  • Prepare presentations, sales kits, and customer-facing documents
  • Identify and improve sales process efficiencies

Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years in a B2B sales support, operations, or administrative coordination role
  • 1 year of lead qualification and pipeline development for a technical product, solution-based sales team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Skill/Experience Preferences:

  • Experience using Salesforce or related CRM software
  • Experience with ERP/order entry systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)

Compensation: $23 - $26/hour + monthly bonus based on goal attainment
