AP Executive Staffing is hiring an experienced and collaborative OR Nurse Manager (RN) with 5+ years perioperative experience and 3+ years of OR leadership for our customer, a highly reputable specialty physician group in WNY. Reporting to the ASC Director, you will collaborate with the Orthopaedic Service Manager and Chief of Anesthesia, plan and manage the daily operations of the operating room, including scheduling surgeries, staffing, and equipment/supply availability.

Salary Range: $110000.00 - $150000.00

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in NYS required.
- CNOR preferred or in progress to obtain within 24 months of hire.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in perioperative nursing
- Minimum 3 years progressive operating room leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams with a diverse group of healthcare providers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure.
- Ability to circulate in the operating room to provide reliefs as needed to team members.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other technology.
