Human Resources & Payroll Specialist
Location: Northtowns - (In-office, with potential for hybrid after training)
Salary: $65,000 - $72,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time

Are you an HR professional with a passion for payroll and benefits administration? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? What You'll Do:
Process payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
Administer benefits programs and work with third-party vendors to provide top-tier employee offerings.
Serve as a liaison for employees and managers, providing support on payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Maintain and optimize our HRIS system (Paylocity experience is a plus, but experience with any system is great!).
Leverage your strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and payroll reconciliation.
