Join Our Client’s Team as a Facilities Operations Leader
Are you a seasoned facilities professional with a passion for creating safe, efficient, and reliable environments? We are seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee the operations of multiple facilities and offsite locations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all maintenance, repair, and construction activities for our physical facilities and grounds.
- Develop and manage annual operating and plant capital budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor budget performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address variances.
- Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements, including CMS, NYSDOH, DNV, EPA, DEC, OSHA, FGI, NFPA, and other applicable authorities.
- Implement and maintain efficient processes and allocate adequate resources to support the evolving needs of our clinical staff and patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a safe, effective, and future-ready environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: BS in Engineering or Facilities Management Preferred. Minimum of 5+ in Facility Operations Management within a healthcare setting.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects across multiple sites.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Skilled in budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify issues and develop innovative solutions.

Salary Range: $120,354.00 - $165,486.75
