Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Director of Client Services to join a quickly growing organization.
This role will report directly to the CEO and Managing Director and will be responsible for:
- Project Management: leading the onboarding of all new plans, ensuring that our responsibilities are
delivered on-time and accurately; - Problem Solving: when other service providers have issues, you will manage issue resolution;
- Customer Service: as one of the first points of escalation, you must provide A+ customer
service in all interactions; and - Relationship Management: on a daily basis, you will be consulting with our clients that are looking to make changes to their retirement plan and prospects looking to start a retirement plan.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A wide range of backgrounds would be acceptable, but experience in HR, finance, or project
management would be particularly beneficial - Outstanding written and oral communication skills, as many of our clients will come to view you as the
face of the company - Accuracy and attention to detail
- Independent and proactive worker
- Project management experience
- Continued learning – successful long-term growth in this role requires the QKA certification, which
the company will pay for and assist with studying
