AI-Enhanced Bookkeeper

APX Executive Staffing is seeking an AI-Enhanced Booker to join our team on premise full time. We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to manage and optimize our accounting practices. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about combining traditional accounting principles with artificial intelligence and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven and excited to embrace AI technology.

A degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Embrace AI tools and technologies to streamline bookkeeping tasks and improve efficiency.
• Utilize AI-driven bookkeeping tools to categorize transactions, identify anomalies and generate financial insights.
• Automate data entry and reconciliation processes using AI.
• Provide recommendations for improving financial workflows and AI and automation.
• Train team members on AI-enhanced accounting tools and best practices.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and assist with month-end and year-end processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance preferred
• Demonstrated interest in AI and its applications in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience and proficiency with Ai-powered with accounting software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• In-office position

Salary: $70K
