AP Executive Staffing is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Director of Global Semiconductor Sales. This key role will drive global growth within the semiconductor and furnace sectors, focusing on executing business strategies, building and managing client relationships, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring operational excellence. A robust network in the semiconductor industry, particularly with OEM experience, is highly desirable. The position offers the flexibility to be based anywhere globally, with up to 50% travel and periodic visits to Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global business strategies for growth and profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key global clients and expand the client base.
- Oversee contract negotiations, sales presentations, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Manage global financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet targets.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen global market positioning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development and managing large-scale global accounts, specifically within the semiconductor and furnace sectors.
- Strong background in the semiconductor industry, with prior experience working for an OEM and an extensive network of industry contacts.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and align global strategies with organizational objectives.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% globally and adapt to diverse markets and cultures.
Salary
Salary ranges for this position are determined based on the job location and can be adjusted based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The total annual compensation target salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on experience, which consists of a base salary (60%) and a variable target (40%).
