Temp-perm/Perm, downtown (paid parking!), up to $50k
Join this great downtown company! The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for administering all bank accounts including managing/reconciliation statements, and controlling user access/permission. Perform Receivables tracking and analysis. Provide oversight of collections activity, and own the collection process and reporting. Identify and troubleshoot problems regarding payment delays and fees.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all bank accounts including managing / reconciling statements, controlling user access, and controlling user permissions
- Perform Receivables tracking and analysis including significant interaction with customer to identify and solve payment issues
- Provide oversight of collections activity including direct collections responsibility
- Own collections process and reporting, including identifying trends and providing recommended course of action for delinquent accounts
- Identify and troubleshoot problems regarding payment delays and fees
- Work with the Controller on managing daily cash position
- Provide backup and support to AP function
- Project lead on systems conversion
- Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performing cash management, treasury operations, collections, or accounts receivable functions
- Experience with Timberline / Sage 300 is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn and operate new accounting systems
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong administrative skills and word processing abilities
