Description

We have an excellent temp-hire opportunity!  AP is currently working with a non profit organization located in Rochester (parking is provided).  This organization is in need of an Executive Assist. on a full time basis with the hours of 8-4:30 Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $15-16 hourly.  This role will provide administrative support for the Administration office which includes the President/CEO and Executive Director/Administrator.  You will oversee the maintenance of Board records, compliance documents, files and calendars.  You will handle details of a confidential nature and demonstrate initiative and ability to deal with multiple project/requests.. Other duties will include but are not limited to: calendar maintenance and scheduling appointments, arrange travel, processing memos, producing reports, attend meetings and take minutes, back up receptionist duties, and other clierical tasks as assigned.  Candidates must have strong proficiency in MSW, Outlook, PP, and Excel, preferably a Bachelor's degree, minimum of 5+ yrs supporting C level management.  If you are looking for an environment that is welcoming and a mission to enable the elderly to continue lifelong ambitions and pleasures then we have the position for you.
