The Technical Administrator will provide non-engineering technical support to Engineering, Planning/Scheduling, Machining, and Assembly groups. This is a full time, direct hire position located in Farmington, NY


  • Support system and business process requests using: MS Suite, Pivot tables and MRP (Catalyst preferred)
  • Maintain Engineering and Manufacturing records including legacy documentation data files, vaulting and new processes
  • Provide individual department and joint reports that assists process flow efficiency
  • Maintain procedure and coordinate within the Engineering, Machining, and Assembly Process
  • Maintain and report on general operational information including day to day and special project support, engineering data support and route documents for release
  • Provide support when necessary requiring the ability use data systems
  • Proofread, revise, and support the release of documentation
  • Preparation of project documents to include review cycles


  • Associates degree minimum with a Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering, analysis, project management, or leadership experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint) and able to learn new software
  • Working knowledge of databases and data management
  • Candidate must demonstrate solid communication skills to exchange information across the organization
  • Candidate should be highly organized and efficient
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
