AP is recruiting for an excellent permanent recruiting coordinator position! Growing company located in a great space in the city of Rochester. Excellent benefits! This position is administrative in nature and supports the professional recruitment for attorney positions.


  • Maintains databases to support training initiatives, attorney performance reviews and legal recruiting processes
  • Coordinates training programs and professional development initiatives, including event preparation and maintenance of online resources and training tools to provide CLE certification for attorneys
  • Supports the team with on-campus and lateral interview processes, including registering for on-campus interview programs, scheduling candidate interviews and maintaining interview and candidate files
  • Coordinates orientation, on-boarding and integration of new attorneys
  • Provides administrative support for the attorney evaluation processes, including input of review documentation and meeting coordination
  • Responsible for tracking of expenses, generation of reports and assisting with various projects as needed


  • BA or BS degree preferred; prior work experience in a client service organization is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to independently prioritize tasks while meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong technology skills, including: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Document Management System; proficiency with database systems and manipulation of data
