AP is sourcing for a full time permanent HR Generalist position that is heavily focused in recruiting and on boarding. Great opportunity!

  • Will handle recruitment process for all employee openings - entry to executive level
  • Edit and manage job postings, work with managers on open requisitions and skills needed etc
  • Sourcing candidates using job boards, online tools, and social media
  • Screening resumes, handling phone interviews, schedule in person interviews
  • Make offers, process background checks, handle materials related to offers
  • Manage on boarding process for all new hires - setting up training, following up after hire
  • Work collaboratively with other HR staff to coordinate company events and promote employee engagement

All applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment and on boarding experience, an HR Generalist background is preferred. A BS degree in HR or related field is required.
