This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to act as a liaison between operations, accounting, and finance. We expect plenty of growth opportunities in the future!

• expense and productivity analysis
• assist with month-end close (accruals, balance sheet recs, etc.)
• measuring and analysis of costing metrics
• assist with budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
• inventory analysis and reporting
• keep an eye open for process improvement opportunities
• work cross-functionally with other teams in Operations, Finance, and Accounting
• other duties/projects as assigned

• bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CMA/CPA or MBA preferred

• 3-5 years of cost accounting and/or financial planning & analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
• experience with Oracle and Hyperion, or similar systems, a plus
• great Excel skills
• comfortable asking questions and driving collaboration
