Our client is in search of an experienced accounting professional to help in an interim period as the business ramps back up to 100% levels. Serving as the go-to internal resource, this role will to everything from closing the books, to forecasting/budgeting, cash flow management and reporting. The management team is fantastic, true collaborators; searching for a trustworthy partner to contract with. This position is remote and has flexibility to work from home or in the office and requires approximately 30 hours per week.
Responsible for all aspects of cash management, development and management of systems for effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations.
Responsible for weekly processing of payroll for between 150-220 employees within the payroll provider system (Currently ADP Workforce Now)
Supervises, prioritizes, assigns, reviews the work of Accounting Specialists, provides support to the Director of Human Resources, along with the President
Ideal experience would include exposure to automated financial systems in a main frame and/or personal computer environment, detailed financial analysis of multi-operation financial statements, solid background in payroll processes, and previous supervisory experience.
Must be proficient with bank cash management systems, Microsoft Office, and Great Plains Accounting systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, and government regulations
Ability to maintain confidential information, and display care and integrity in all decisions
Ability to write reports, procedures manuals, and business correspondence.
Demonstrate core competencies in dealing with ambiguity, delegation, and process management.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
A bachelor's degree or associates degree is desired.
Proven three to five or years of successful Accounting hands on work experience.
Proven expertise in employee relationship management.
Strong office administration and computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite – Work, Excel, Outlook and Payroll Management systems such as ADP.
