Description

AP Professionals is seeking an experienced benefits professional with a focus on leave of absence claims. Will be 6 months or longer with potential of permanency. Full time hours, Monday-Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.

Duties include:

  • Process all incoming benefits claims for all leaves of absence, including personal and medical leaves (ie: family, medical, disability, etc.) for the organization.
  • Interact, advise and respond/follow up with employee inquiries and application for leave of absences.
  • Assist with benefits claims revisions, updates, and supplementary documents.
  • Assist with retrieval of filed claims when necessary.
  • Record-keeping: organize, update, and file benefits claims.
  • Other benefits administration as necessary.

Applicants MUST have Benefits/HR experience with a focus in LOA. Looking for someone immediately to begin!
