The Invoicing Service Coordinator performs a wide range of customer service, sales order administration, and data entry responsibilities. This is a temp to hire, full time position located on Rochester, NY's westside. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and the pay is up to $15 per hour depending on experience.


  • Backup switchboard
  • Take calls for the divisional and customer inquiries, schedule service appointments
  • Enter and update all sales orders
  • Set up jobs in system, securing sales order numbers
  • Bill/invoice all sales orders
  • Process and coordinate paperwork flow between divisions
  • Create spreadsheets for projects upon request
  • Learn other divisional procedures and backs up other associates as required
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Proficiency in MS Office software packages required; MAS 500 preferred
  • Ability to multi-task required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to reason and anticipate how to diffuse difficult situations required
  • Strong attention to detail required
