AP Professionals is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join privately held company headquartered in Rochester.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Champion culture development and values initiatives
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Maintains employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Assist in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Maintain organization talent and succession planning
  • Lead, coordinate, and/or assist in employee engagement and communication activities
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a four year accredited college or university required; Master’s degree preferred
  • SHRM, PHR, or SPHR preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with successful outcomes in HR
