AP Professionals is recruiting for a temporary Human Resources Assistant for a client located Downtown. This position is 3 months long, will pay up to $18/hr and includes parking!
- Assist with the set-up and implementation of employee payment arrangement for the use of payroll pay-card
- Enters, maintains and/or processes information in HR/payroll systems; information may include new-hire information, employee pay rates, status changes and employee attendance records
- Performs general filing of personnel and payroll records.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ADP payroll systems a plus
- Ability to learn and apply new job-related information in a timely manner
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
