Permanent opportunity! Seeking a Human Resources professional experienced in HRIS Systems/HR Data  to join a large, growing team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Run both ad hoc and scheduled reports for various levels of the organization
• Ongoing reporting assistance for statutory reporting to government and state agencies, SOX compliance, WOTC and TWN, Benefit Plans Annual Audits, and adhoc reporting support for the organization
• Run audits and data integrity checks
• Maintain file feeds with various vendors, ensuring the transfer protocols are functioning and secure
• Maintain and create system data tables and subject matter expert for HR Data
• Data/File Maintenance and Technical Support which includes maintaining and processing file feeds with various vendors, ensuring the transfer protocols are functioning and secure
• Create/Test Excel templates to function as autoloaders/macros for updating large volumes of data on HRIS system
• Identify inefficiencies and choke points for the department and determine whether process improvement needs to be outsourced to IT
• For improvements that do not need IT involvement, develop templates/autoloaders, test results and train the end user on the new process
• Train new users on the system, focusing on areas that will be used for the position
• Key resource in requirements development, data mapping, and testing of creating new or updating existing file feeds for special projects

All applicants MUST have the following to be considered:

• 3-5 years of HRIS Analyst or related experience
• Payroll and HR/Benefit processing experience including data auditing
• Implementation experience including testing of Inbound/Outbound Files and ongoing maintenance/auditing of files
• Advanced Excel Skills-Vlookup, pivot tables; VBA/macro experience preferred
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting functions; JDE experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, adaptive agility, and ability to react to change
• Bachelor's degree preferred
