Description

AP Professionals is recruiting for a temporary HR Coordinator to join a great team for 6-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Will act as the main contact for department - answers phones, meets and greets people coming in, fields all HR questions
  • Process contracts and enter data in their HRIS system
  • Reporting from HRIS and using Excel
  • Process new hire paperwork, create new hire packets, fill out and file I9's
  • Assist with benefits enrollment
  • HR projects as assigned
  • Admin support and filing

Experience

  • Some HR experience is preferred
  • Recent and relevant office/administrative experience required
  • Must have strong computer skills
