AP Professionals is excited to partner with a growing professional services company located in downtown Syracuse, NY. The Client Services Associate (CSA) will provide customer service to new and existing clients, serve as administrative and operational support for Financial Advisors, and support Branch initiatives as deemed fit. This position will require you to interact directly with clients. This is a GREAT, rapidly growing company with a lot of opportunities to expand your career. You must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a financial firm. Series 7 or 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses preferred. The pay range is around $40-50K annually depending on experience and licenses. This is a full time, direct hire position.


  • Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
  • Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with client base
  • Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
  • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings
  • Proactively participate in firm initiatives directed by local management
  • Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness
  • Input orders on behalf of Financial Advisor
  • Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance


  • Registered Representative - Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) preferred


  • 3+ years of professional experience in finance required
