Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for accurate reporting of results, internal controls, treasury management, tax returns, coordinating audits, and identifying revenue opportunities and cost reductions.  This role will also provide financial leadership to the other functional groups and lead the budgeting and forecasting of the P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper accounting and controls are implemented for current and future business activities
  • Prepare financial and operational reports; as well as assist with financial modeling
  • Review financial transactions to ensure revenue is recognized properly and costs are recognized in the appropriate period
  • Oversee, analyze and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against established targets, including budget forecast and cost models
  • Lead the periodic close cycles by providing cost allocations, financial analysis and related accruals
  • Supervise the monthly close process, collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, prepare the monthly reporting package including commentary
  • Prepare and distribute management report packages including an executive summary highlighting key variances and trends
  • Manage the cash balances
  • Ensure tax reporting and other statutory reporting is accurate and timely
  • Coordinate with the external audit firm
  • Responsible for ERP system and key member for designing, configuring and implementation of new ERP system


  • BA in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum of six years’ experience
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
