Temp-hire, $14.50/hr, Henrietta 

AP Professionals is recruiting for a Assistant Support Coordinator to work on a team.  Assist with reviewing, entering, and verifying payroll.  Post equipment costs and production revenue.  Assist company personnel, customers, and others with resolution to problems. Produce customer invoices.  Prior accounting experience is highly preferred!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing, entering, and verifying weekly payroll
  • Assist with post equipment costs and production revenue to appropriate job
  • Distribute information to field personnel
  • Assist company personnel, customers, and others with resolution to problems
  • Produce customer invoices
  • Process all requested reports accurately and efficiently
  • Review files and documents
  • Reconcile invoices, data, and reports
  • Complete data entry

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient with standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of database and spreadsheet programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
