Description

Temp-hire, West Henrietta, $14.50/hour

Assist with reviewing, entering, and verifying payroll. Post equipment costs and production revenue.  Assist company personnel, customers, and others with resolution to problems.  Produce customer invoices. Prior accounting experience is highly preferred!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist wit reviewing, entering and verifying weekly payroll
  • Assist with posting equipment costs and production revenue
  • Distribute information to field personnel
  • Work the the Support Coordinator to assist with customers and company personnel
  • Produce customer invoices
  • Process all requests reports
  • Review files and documents to retrieve requests for information
  • Data entry

Requirements: 

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Proficient with standard office equipment
  • Prior accounting knowledge a plus!
