Description

Temp-hire, $15/hr Eastside location 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen calls
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Manage Outlook calendar
  • Write/draft letters and professional business memos to external vendors
  • Filing paper documents
  • Setting up meetings in the conference room for several busy individuals
  • Sorting the mail
  • Setting up conference room for internal meetings

Qualifications:

  • A.A.S. Degree in Office Technology or Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity of 1-3 years
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for calendar management and meeting notices
  • Must have knowledge of drafting a formal business letter
  • Multi-line phone system experience
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Must understand electronic file management and directories
  • Ability to organize data into an Excel spreadsheet
