Temp-hire, Henrietta, $18/hour

AP Professionals is recruiting for a great Administrative Assistant opening located in Henrietta!  Assist with the supporting the leasing department with administrative tasks.  Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm with a 45 minute lunch.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Leasing Department with administrative tasks
  • Interact with tenants and vendors
  • Assist insurance companies with paperwork and requests
  • Draft letters
  • Sent out information to vendors and tenants
  • Arrange travel
  • Work in the property management software
