Direct hire, $15-18/hr

AP Professionals is recruiting for an excellent direct hire opportunity with a highly reputable law firm in Henrietta.  This is a small, family-owned organization. This company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support and ensure efficient office operations. The Administrative Assistant will support the Attorney’s with a variety of office tasks.

Pay is $15-18/hr depending on administrative experience level.

Key Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Type correspondence memos, letters, and process forms
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide support to visitors
  • Perform administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Receive and distribute mail

Requirements

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and must be a self-starter
  • A “can do” attitude and the willingness to chip in wherever necessary
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Legal background is not necessary, but an interest in the field is desired
