Description

AP Professionals is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support the Accounts Payable department for a client. This position is temporary to possible hire and would pay between $15-17/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Update contact/banking information for new and existing vendors
  • Scan paperwork and save to shared AP Vendor folder
  • Remove out-of-date, paid or duplicate invoice stubs
  • Attach remittance info to Priority 1 and Priority 2 checks (utility, tax, government checks)
  • Request updated W-9s from vendors
  • Provide proof of payments
  • Attach approvals to invoices
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer to appropriate party/department
  • Greet visitors, sign out fob if needed
  • Place daily lunch order
  • Provide front desk coverage for breaks
