Our client is looking for individuals who want an opportunity to join a growing company. They are looking for detail oriented, process focused, and self-motivated individuals to explain to their customers what they need to know about the company process in a way they can understand. A knowledge or knack for cars is a plus but not mandatory.

$15/hr, Temp to perm, downtown location with parking provided

What you will do:

  • Process and reassign titles for vehicles sold by the company
  • Examine vehicle title for accuracy and conformity to specified
  • Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies. Work with manager/supervisor to negotiate price adjustment between buyer and seller for a title problem, if
  • Maintain knowledge of current DMV laws and regulations as they relate to vehicle titles and interpret titling regulations in each state for which vehicles are
  • Receive and route telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Run outstanding title reports, review and contact sellers regarding outstanding

 What you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative/customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Titles experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the automobile field (i.e., inspections, body/mechanic shop, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude
