Kenmore location. $18/hour - $21/hour depending on experience. Temporary to Possible Permanent position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing customer questions or concerns via inbound calling and face to face interaction.
- Assist customers with product selection and questions. If services need to be done in conjunction with product price will be determined for both.
- Creating, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Responsible for the completion of short and long term projects as well as taking on the responsibility of project leader if need be (as assigned).
- Self-motivated; ability to complete projects in a timely matter and to the highest quality and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Manufacturing background preferred
