Description

A small office located in downtown Buffalo with room for knowledge and advancement. A great opportunity to learn over time and gain skills and more responsibility.

$14/hr

M-F  8am – 5pm, Downtown Buffalo location

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing real estate documents for recording at the county clerk
  • Search land records at the Erie County Clerk
  • Typing, assembling and delivering title searches
  • Retrieve and examine property tax information
  • Retrieve and examine surrogate file information

Qualifications:

  • Eagerness to learn
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to frequently walk between several offices within Downtown Buffalo
  • Accurate typing/data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team; exhibiting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
