Description

Direct hire position. $13/hr-$16/hr doe. Hours: M-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Friday 9am-1pm, Saturday 9am-1pm. There is great potential for growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via inbound and outbound calling, also listen to voicemails and direct calls to appropriate department.
  • In charge of scheduling and confirm appointments for upcoming and current projects.
  • Creating and developing multiple Excel spreadsheets at a time.
  • Consistently researching for new leads, sending out mailers and recording all findings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with a phone system
  • Previous experience scheduling appointments
  • Proficient Microsoft Office experience required, especially Outlook
  • General construction industry background knowledge/experience not preferred but extremely valuable.
