This office location is in Depew, NY. The hourly salary is up to $16/hr depending on experience (DOE).


  • Communicate with clients via company phone system, routing calls and checking voicemails and calling back clients to assist with any question they may have
  • Take control of the scheduling system for all appointments, estimates and projects
  • Research leads and follow-up with them; this is done daily
  • Create and maintain paper database as well as maintaining the online database
  • Create and update various Excel spreadsheets when needed

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service, familiar with phone systems and scheduling
  • QuickBooks/OneNote experience not required but an added bonus
  • Minimum of 2 years with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
  • CRM Software (MarketSharp/Salesforce) an added bonus, not required
  • Great interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and perform under pressure
