The inside sales consultant will be the initial point of contact for most of the companies incoming residential and commercial customers. They are also responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the outside sales team.


  • Proactively research the area to determine potential clients
  • Follow up with leads to make initial appointment for outside sales representatives
  • Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully grow team sales
  • Knowledge of all products and services, including warranties, credit information, funding options, incentives, and tax rebates
  • Utilize computer system to update and document all relevant information
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients for the outside sales team
  • Contribute to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through the sales channel


  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent required
  • 2 to 4 years sales experience or customer service experience
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

$35k-$50k base plus commission
