Description

The HRIS Application Analyst is be responsible for software implementations, service packs, critical updates, report creation, and other identified work efforts necessary to support all HR related applications and projects.  These applications would include all Lawson HR modules, Kronos Time & Attendance, Kronos Advanced Scheduler, RS2 Badging, Occupational Health Management (OHM) and Work Stride programs.  This position is responsible for knowing HR business processes and serves as a technical point-of-contact for all HRIS applications and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system process flows, required system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities.  Additional areas of responsibility include creating functional specification documentation, maintaining & auditing HRIS systems security, comprehensive system testing and development / implementation of process control recommendations.

 

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; preferably in an HR or IT related field

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant HRIS / IT related work experience required
  • Οne (1) to three (3) years of HRIS software implementation related work experience required
  • One (1) to five (5) years of HRIS project management related work experience desired
