International company located in Williamsville.
M-F 8-4:30 pm
$17-20/hr DOE

Direct Hire

Essential Functions:

  • Set up of all personnel files; all personnel filing, records management, and all other general files
  • Execute all administrative duties associated with employee separations and employee changes
  • Make sure job descriptions are updated
  • Enter all changes / updates within SAP Success Factors system
  • Run quarterly Organizational Charts, Monthly DMV Reports and maintain logs associated with the Affirmative Action Plans
  • Assemble all new employee orientation packets and materials
  • Assist with the recruiting process, including recruit and hire along with the duties associated with the corporate pre-employment requirements
  • Assist with the execution of strategic plans, projects and special employee events
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information


  • Degree in Business/HR preferred
  • Two plus years of related experience in an HR-related position required
  • Proficient MS Office skills required
  • Knowledge of U.S. State and Federal plus Canadian labor laws helpful
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, service oriented demeanor
