Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly: whether it’s coordinating meetings and travel, organizing important mailings, or problem-solving whatever comes their way, they're the go-to person for every department in the office.


Essential Functions:

  • Manage daily office operations, such as ordering office supplies, stocking the kitchen, and handling the mail and package delivery
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Liaise with tech support company and answering service, and organize tech initiatives
  • Calendar and coordinate conference line/Zoom calls, projects, meetings, and travel
  • Provide executive-level support
  • Greet and welcome visiting clients
  • Oversee company projects as needed
  • Assist with new employee onboarding
  • Manage employee birthday and work anniversary celebrations, as well as gifting to clients


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an office setting
  • The ability to be agile and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Not low, not medium, but HIGH attention to detail & administrative skills
  • A keen sense of urgency / time management relating to all duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • NY Notary preferable but not required

Job details: 

  • Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5pm
  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Office located in Buffalo, New York
