Description

Downtown location with validated parking. Direct hire. $23-30/hr DOE

Reports to: 

President & CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and manages the office processes including support for the CEO, Board of Directors, Board Committees, and other office personnel
  • Duties include the development of an annual calendar, support of cabinet and staff meetings
  • Development of project timelines, preparation of annual reports and providing administrative support to effectively coordinate work with legal, operations vendors and other partners
  • Development and maintenance of our filing system and all legal agreements

Skills/Qualifications 

  • Associates Degree required
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in clerical/secretarial setting preferably in an administrative/executive environment
  • Proficiency in word processing/spread sheets/Access data base & PowerPoint
  • Experience in recording and producing meeting minutes and other related documents
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
