Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working with post-install customers on service needs.
  • Monitoring of solar system production is done online; technology confidence is a necessity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with the ability to learn systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties such as interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email and social media.
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best way possible throughout the interactions.
