Leading technology company has openings for business-to-business customer service professionals.

Salary - $35 - 40K bas, direct hire position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls and emails regarding account status, product support, order fulfillment, service renewals and sales inquiries
  • Provide user support for proprietary web and desktop software, assess and resolve problems, coordinate training and scheduling of client service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate should be organized, a good listener, possess a friendly demeanor and be a team player.
  • College degree and related experience a plus
