Qualifications:  This position can be remote!!

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress, with an interest in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
  • Excels in and comfortable working in a fully virtual and collaborative team environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with multimedia development and social media tools/applications
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Developed recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and resources with a focus in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Enrollment and Customer Relations
  • Analyzed information provided on employment applications, conducted phone screens and provided hiring recommendations to managers
  • Scheduled all phone and in-person interviews for Recruitment Team
  • Coordinated onboarding process and assisted in new employee orientation
  • Managed weekly reports, which detailed recruiting metrics to be presented to IT leadership
  • Collaborated with talent acquisition team and HR Business Partner on special projects as needed
  • Created training documents to be used by entire department with focus on efficiency and candidate experience
