Starting Temporary Position working in a fast-paced group environment performing various administrative and accounting functions with strong opportunity to go permanent

Company Overview:

Background screening company located in downtown area who assist hundreds of organizations across the country with all of their pre and post-employment screening needs.

Monday thru Friday, hourly position, 40 hours per week. $15/hr with paid parking.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and entering Accounts Payable - Invoices
  • Checking and sorting daily mail
  • Preparing and entering in daily deposits
  • Assisting in completion of Monthly Invoicing
  • Assisting in Account Receivable management
  • Data entry/filing of paperwork

Qualification Requirements:   

  • Proficient in computer applications, MS Word/Excel and internet use
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Must work well in team oriented setting
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
