Description

Downtown location, parking is provided.

Temporary position with possibility of going permanent.

$15/hr, 8 am - 4 pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High reading comprehension ability
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail
  • Assisting in records filing
  • Basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits

Qualification Requirements:   

  • Proficient in computer applications, MS Word/Excel and internet use
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Must work well in team oriented setting
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
