Downtown location, parking is provided.
Temporary position with possibility of going permanent.
$15/hr, 8 am - 4 pm.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High reading comprehension ability
- Answering and making phone calls
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail
- Assisting in records filing
- Basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
- Proficient in computer applications, MS Word/Excel and internet use
- Written and oral communication skills
- Must work well in team oriented setting
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
