Williamsville location. $15/hour. Temporary to Possible Permanent position.
- Work extensively with company database to keep records up to date and accurate.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies needed throughout the store.
- Answering in-bound calls, scheduling appointments, and effectively communicate responses to customer questions.
- Assisting the office manager with light bookkeeping, preparing quarterly sales tax, and employee time cards.
- Help execute social campaigns effectively to generate potential sales leads.
- 1+ year of administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Access database.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills.
- Being able to provide high levels of customer service to customers via phone or face to face.
