Description

Williamsville location. $15/hour. Temporary to Possible Permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work extensively with company database to keep records up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies needed throughout the store.
  • Answering in-bound calls, scheduling appointments, and effectively communicate responses to customer questions.
  • Assisting the office manager with light bookkeeping, preparing quarterly sales tax, and employee time cards.
  • Help execute social campaigns effectively to generate potential sales leads.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Access database.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills.
  • Being able to provide high levels of customer service to customers via phone or face to face.
