Position Summary:
This is the initial point of contact for residential and commercial customers. The sales consultant is responsible for scheduling appointments for the outside sales consultants. Searching for new commercial/ industrial opportunities is a very important part of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guide quality prospects through sales
- Continue to research new sales opportunities
- Determine the sustainability of the site
- Provide customers with quotations, warranties, credit information, funding options and tex rebates
- Be customer focused
- Exceed quotas
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or equal required
- At least 2 to 4 years of sale experience
- Ability to find new sales opportunities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking, time management, and organization skills
- Good under pressure
- Able to use sound judgement
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to sit at a desk for an extended amount of time
- Have a valid drivers license
- Travel may be necessary with overnight sales
- lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally
