Job Description: Director of Sales
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports To: Vice President of Sales and Recruiting
Summary: Reliable and driven individual, managing and leading a team, growing the business
through relationship building and negotiations. Under the general direction of the Vice President of
Sales and Recruiting
Position Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
1. Train, lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Business Development Executives to market share and grow revenue.
2. Develop sales strategies and territory management to effectively approach prospecting with team.
3. Maintain and grow vendor partner relationships.
4. Collaborate with Marketing to effectively focus on specific target accounts and areas.
5. Serve as an escalation point for any client related situations.
6. Responsible for bids, RFPs, and contract sign offs.
7. Contract negotiations.
8. Weekly/monthly forecasting.
9. Performance Management.
10. Interviewing and hiring to continue to grow the team.
11. Responsible for all Managed Service Program operations.
12. Ongoing partnerships with various outside vendors to improve internal operations.
13. Work closely with internal compliance and payroll teams.

• Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management or related field and 3-5 years of
sales and management experience.
