As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Customer service calls involve making calls to patients regarding refill information – you may need to collect shipment info or whatever personal info the pharmacy needs to fill out the prescription
- You may be sending patient questionnaires
- Verifying documents and updating the system
- This is not a call center, but a CSR position based out of a pharmacy – you will be working onsite.
- Looking for an individual who is also good with documentation and accuracy
