1 NOC Engineer (perm, salary to $50k, on-site)
Job Description:
As a highly valued NOC Engineer within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client support throughout their entire lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting daily health checks, providing remote phone support, delivering on-site support, and addressing Level 1 support tickets promptly and effectively. We strongly encourage candidates with Microsoft or equivalent certifications to apply, as they will bring added value to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks related to managed services to ensure optimal functioning and peak efficiency of client systems.
- Deploy new workstations and replace existing ones as necessary.
- Troubleshoot complex operating system and application issues on Windows workstations and servers.
- Collaborate closely with third-party hardware and software manufacturers to resolve any client-related issues.
- Provide administration and support for both Windows servers and workstations.
- Install and configure software applications to meet client requirements.
- Offer Level 1 support for our managed services client base.
- After a 3-month period of employment, participate in the on-call rotation.
