AP Professionals is looking for a full time temporary Recruiter for a 3 month contract (minimum) with potential to go permanent! Full time day hours. $17-20/HR+ Will handle the full cycle of recruiting for all sales positions, mostly national. Also will handle heavy sourcing and proactive recruiting. Excellent Eastside location!

Responsible for:

• Posting job openings, sourcing, screening, qualifying applicants, scheduling interviews
• Will work with various managers internally
• Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates
• Maintain applicant database and spreadsheets

Requirements

Must have a min of 1-3 years exp in recruiting or a support to recruiting role. Someone from a staffing or agency background is a plus. Must be Internet savvy and have excellent writing and oral communication skills are required. BS or AS degree in Business or HR preferred. A sales or sales recruiting background is preferred.
